Compared to who I was in August I care a lot more about what grades I make. I had to rely on my persistence to become a new person who cared about their grades. I had to be persistent to do this because making good grades is hard; you really have to work for it. After forcing myself to work as hard as I could it started to become a habit, soon I was making grades that made me feel very good about myself. I believe that I am ready for 10th grade because I am making the grades that are expected in 10th grade. In 10th grade, I want to continue making A’s and B’s only. I believe I can meet this goal with my hard work. Next year I will have even more motivation to make these grades; going to Taiwan.
